Testimonials

Jonathan Herd: Focusplan

Focusplan partnered with Pro-Structure to design and construct a 533 sqm Medical Facility in Hastings. We were looking for a company who had experience in Commercial Tilt Slab Concrete construction and had collegial relationships with local contractors and consultants.

Richard and Boris were very helpful from the outset, providing initial budgetary advice and connections with a consultant team that could assist in a Design and Construct package. Pro-Structure took responsibility for the developed and detailed design on the building Envelope and site Civil work and integrated with Focusplan’s in house team to incorporate the Interior Fitout to the Design for Building Consent

As a team were always very responsive from early stages of feasibility, through the Design phase, and mobilising our site for construction to commence. Richard was always very attentive to site progress and provided regular, timely updates – I always find them ready and available when required. They ran a very tidy, efficient and safe work site, and the project was delivered on time and within budget

We would have no hesitation in partnering with Pro-Structure again for our Design and Construct projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a proficient Commercial Construction partner.

Malcolm Jackson

Boris Fyfe and his team at Pro-Structure undertook a complex restoration of our 1920s Charles Natusch-designed home, a project involving a large number of specialist trades, roofers and significant scaffolding requirements.

Throughout the project, Boris was exceptionally professional, reliable and responsive, managing the many moving parts with excellent communication and attention to detail. The work was delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard, with an outstanding quality of finish. Boris was consistently transparent and honest around costs, adhered to the agreed quote, and was always clear and upfront whenever a variation was required.

Just as importantly, his entire team were well mannered, polite, respectful and a genuine pleasure to have on site. The combination of Boris’s project management, workmanship, integrity and commitment to delivering an excellent result made what could have been a very challenging restoration an extremely positive experience. We could not recommend Boris and the Pro-Structure team more highly.
